Directions To Garden Sauna Denver

  • By Car

    Getting to Garden Sauna is easy, with convenient parking nearby. Head to the intersection of 14th and Ogden, and you can find street parking in the area.

    For added convenience, a private parking lot is available on the north side of the building.

  • On Foot

    If you are walking from Capitol Hill or nearby neighborhoods, we are located at the corner of 14th and Ogden. Enter through the Rooted Heart Yoga Studio entrance at 1409 Ogden St. Look for the glass doors with the number “1409” above.

    Tip: If you reach green stairs, you’ve gone a little too far. Turn back and look for the glass-door entrance.

  • By Public Transit

    Garden Sauna is easily accessible via Denver’s public transit system. From the Colfax and Downing bus stop, it’s less than a two-minute walk to our entrance.

    Walk toward the Ogden Theatre along 14th Ave. As you pass the 7-Eleven and the parking lot ramp, you’ll see a green stoop. The entrance next to it is marked 1409 Ogden St. That’s Garden Sauna.
